ClarityPulse is built to display storage information and let you decide what to keep or remove. It should not delete files unless you choose an action and confirm it where the app asks for confirmation.

The app does not ask for your contacts, call history, precise location, microphone, or camera for its core storage review features. We do not sell your personal information.

The information processed depends on your device, Android version, permissions, and the features you use. ClarityPulse may handle:

• File and storage details: file names, sizes, types, folder paths, modified dates, category labels, duplicate indicators, and thumbnail previews needed to show review results.
• Storage summaries: available storage, used storage, category totals, and scan results.
• App activity: scans started, file groups opened, selected items, settings changes, and whether a requested action was completed.
• Device details: device model, Android version, app version, language, screen size, storage totals, and network state.
• Diagnostics: crash reports, error messages, and reliability logs used to investigate bugs or failed file operations.
• Advertising or measurement identifiers: if your version includes ads or analytics, providers may process identifiers such as the Android advertising ID according to your device settings and applicable law.

Local Content

Temporary scan lists, cached thumbnails, recent choices, and preferences may be stored on your device. Clearing app storage or uninstalling ClarityPulse may remove this local data, subject to Android backup and system behavior.

We use information to display file groups, complete actions you request, remember settings, troubleshoot issues, protect the app from misuse, understand broad usage patterns, and comply with legal obligations.

ClarityPulse may use third-party services for app distribution, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, security checks, cloud configuration, or support. These providers process information under their own privacy terms and are expected to use it only for the services they provide.

We may share limited information with service providers, when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer. We do not sell your files or personal information.

You can manage permissions, notifications, app storage, advertising ID controls, and uninstall options through Android settings. If you deny a storage or media permission, related features may show limited results or be unavailable.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, or operational reasons. Local scan records and cached previews may remain on your device until removed by you, the app, or Android.

Children

ClarityPulse is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us so we can review the issue and take appropriate action.

Security and Updates

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information handled by ClarityPulse. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We may update this policy when the app, service providers, or legal requirements change.
